Meet the Team
John Hogan
CEO, The Superior Group
John has an extensive professional background which includes many years in concrete, engineering, mining, project and general management roles in both Australia and the United States.
John is a tradesman Boilermaker and holds an AD in Mechanical Engineering, a Bachelor of Business (Management) Degree and is a Certified Marina Professional (Global Marina Institute) with a GAICD. His varied background and overseas consulting and career experience enable him to bring a multi-industry and international perspective to growing the Superior brand worldwide.
Ram Raghuraman
Superior Rotomoulding Manager/Plastics Engineer
Ram is a highly educated and skilled Plastics Engineer who has dedicated most of his career to the Plastics and Rotational Moulding Industry. He has a MTech In Plastics Engineering & MS in Polymer Science. He has had several papers published internationally on various topics in PTFE and Expanded Polyethylene Foam for Construction Products.
After several senior roles as a Polymer Technologist in India and Southern Africa, he commenced employment as Manager of Superior Rotomoulding (Australia) in 2005 where he has made a significant contribution to all aspects of the business including innovation, product research & development, manufacturing processes, staff training & development and export market business development, all while continuing to be active with the ARMA.
Wayne Greenwell
Production Supervisor
Wayne joined Superior Rotomoulding in 2004 after a number of years as a leading hand boilermaker in Central Queensland. He is an experienced Maintenance and Production Supervisor with a demonstrated history in the plastics industry.
Wayne is highly skilled in Operations Management, Rotational Moulding, Aluminum, Quality Management and Manufacturing. As a strong operations professional, he also has a Certificate IV Business Frontline Management focused in Engineering/Industrial Management.
