Introducing the 'EDGE'

Superior Rotomoulding offers a variety of manufactured handrails to meet client needs with its new Edge™ Handrail Systems, sold through our retail arm Superior Industrial.

The EDGE is extremely strong due to its one piece rotomoulded, polyethylene construction, and is highly resistant to harsh climatic and industrial conditions. Standing 1.0m high and available in high visibility colours, the EDGE complies with Australian and New Zealand safety, with a top rail and optional kick rail.

The EDGE can be easily installed in minutes and the aluminium or stainless steel hand rail inserts come with end caps which seal out water or debris. The stanchion has been rigorously tested including FEA analysis.

The EDGE is manufactured at Superior’s rotomoulding facility on the Gold Coast, QLD Australia.

The available options are:

Edge I

For SMD based floating modules and available with end caps to allow articulation every 3 metres, and end caps that allow passing without a pinch point.

Top, mid and kick rails are available options.

Edge II

Manufactured using rotomoulded stanchions to support 8 horizontal pipe rails, the Edge II provides not only a cost effective solution but one that is also very aesthetically appealing. Manufactured using high UV resistant polyethylene which is available in a range of either hi-vis or decorative colours.
